If you do not have it, go to www.adobe.com to download the free software. I do not have a Paypal account. How do I purchase your patterns? You do not need a Paypal account to purchase the patterns. Just click on Paypal as payment and you can use your credit or debit card to pay without creating a Paypal account. Can I have the patterns mailed to me? We currently do not ship any paper patterns. All patterns on this site can be downloaded electronically. I am trying to download a free pattern but why do I have to go through a checkout process? You will need to create an account to download the free patterns. This is done so that the file is retained in your account and in case you lose it you can still return within 30 days or up until 3 downloads to get it. Are the free patterns really free? Yes they are! At Pinoystitch we want every stitcher to have an heirloom that they can hand down for generations. You can support our effort of posting more free patterns by voting for our site. I subscribed to the Newsletter but never got it. You may have subscribed through the Newsletter box and did not confirm your email. If you do not confirm your email address it will not be included in the list of subscribers. I created an account and subscribed to the Newsletter but did not get it. Check to see that our Newsletter did not go into your junk mail. We send out a notification that the newsletter is ready to download at our site. You can also check every month to see if the newsletter has been updated. How long is the pattern I purchased retained in my account? The file for the pattern is retained in your account for 30 days or until you have downloaded it 3 times, whichever comes first. How do I download the free patterns? I forgot my password and can't login. Click on the "forgot password" link on the login page and you will be sent a new password. You can change this later in your account after you login. I purchased a pattern and had some problems downloading it. Now it says the link has expired. Contact us HERE with your order number and we can reset your link. Do you have a store I can go to and look at the patterns? We not have a physical store. Our charts are available for instant download 24/7 online. This makes it more accessible to everyone no matter which part of the world they maybe. Can you print the pattern and create a kit with floss and fabric for me? Our charts are purely PDF instant downloads. This keeps our prices low. Fedex Print Online can print the patterns for you if you upload the file. As for the floss and fabric, a lot of online stores sell them so shop around for the best deals! I do not see the chart I want, how do I request for it? If you are in a hurry to get it, try our Pattern on Demand service. If you are not in a hurry, go to our Facebook Pages and request for it there. |
